All paintings are unique and handmade original art pieces created by ERTTROIS. While we strive to ensure customer satisfaction, we do not accept cancellations due to customer convenience. Please understand that we do not offer refunds or exchanges.

Return Period:
In the event that the product arrives damaged, please notify us within 2 days of receipt with documented pictures of the damaged package and art work.
Any notification received after this period will be considered invalid. We will promptly address the situation and may offer a refund or arrange for repairs, depending on the circumstances.

Return Conditions:

The artwork must be in its original condition, without signs of use or damage.

All accompanying documents, certificates, and packaging materials must also be returned.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs

Contact us via email and let us know that you wish to make a return.

We will provide you with further instructions for returning the artwork and processing the refund.

Once we receive and inspect the artwork, we will refund the purchase price to the original payment method.
Notes:
Refunds will be processed within 30 days after receiving the returned artwork.
Please note that custom or personalized artwork may be excluded from this refund policy.
